Whereby you pay the initial down payment on the property, and don’t make any more payments until 18 mos. later.   The great advantage about this program is you get to use the property during those 18 mos., whether to stay or to rent, you are automatically giving use of the property.  That is an interesting proposition, don’t you think!

While another developer gets you into a pool rental, they guarantee you income from the rental of the property for the next few years.  You get to use the property for 1 whole month, or may use a hotel facility if you so desire.
