Keep It Simple, Stupid – Mortgages In Mexico
Way
before we had the series of books on all kind of learning material for Dummies,
such as; words for dummies, videos for
dummies, and all kind of learning for dummies texts, there was the KISS
Principle theory.
The KISS Principle
is an acronym as a design principle noted by the U.S. Navy in 1960. The KISS Principle simply states that most
systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complex; therefore
simplicity should be a key goal in design and unnecessary complexity should be
avoided. The term KISS principle was in popular use in the 1970’s. Now a days variations of the KISS Principle
include; “Keep It Simple and Straightforward”, “Keep It Short and Simple”,
“Keep It Simple and Sincere”, etc.
So how do
you apply the KISS Principle Theory to Mortgages for Americans and Canadians in
Mexico?
